Returns

Due to the nature of our business and the products we manufacture, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product does not match the approved specifications or order confirmation.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • A description of the issue

Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging unless the item is defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Private label or OEM orders
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Orders returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

In some cases, we may offer:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • A replacement product
  • Store credit (if mutually agreed)

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.

Exchanges

Products may be replaced if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, Fiaz Leather will work with you to determine the appropriate return or replacement arrangement.

For returns that are not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, especially for customized or bulk orders, cancellation may not be possible, or cancellation charges may apply based on the production stage.
